Change is scary. As a woman in transition you are undergoing significant life changes, such as a career shift, menopause or peri menopause, change in a relationship or other identity shift. As your online coach, I will provide you with a personalized approach that empowers you to connect with your strengths and gain tools to clarify and achieve your goals. I offer a reservoir of life experience and helpful expertise. I will help you embrace change, and create the life you desire.

We will connect your body and mind through thought-provoking conversations, guided meditations, breathwork, somatic and cognitive resources. I have been offering pieces of this work for decades, whether in my career as a licensed psychotherapist, working with the military and local citizens in war torn nations or in private healings in my community. What to Expect

-To be fully supported. If you are brave enough to transform and shift your life, I will be right there with you during and in between our online sessions.

-Learn about your strengths, what gets in the way of overcoming your challenges and how to overcome this.

-Co-creating your coaching experience. You are the expert on you, and I am the expert on helping you achieve your goals and find more fulfillment. We will design this together.

-To experience a compassionate, nonjudgemental space, while being held accountable to your commitment to yourself.

What not to Expect

-Talk Coaching/Therapy. The point is to get clear and then take action, not rehash what you already know.

-This to be easy. If this was easy you would have already done it. It is your choice to put in the effort and stay focused on your goal because old habits like to return, and you are not happy now. We change desire to doing.
